Java consultant (medior)

We are looking for one or more Java consultants for projects we are carrying out for one of our clients in the defence sector. The projects are exciting and require innovative solutions to be sought for military applications. The projects are carried out on the client's premises.

In addition to the general requirements that our employees must fulfil, this position also requires:

• a minimum of two years' experience with Java and associated technologies;
• an affinity with the defence sector;
• a willingness to undergo security clearance vetting; and
• a satisfactory command of the English language.

Java consultant (junior/medior)

West has been active in the space aviation sector since 1989 and has carried out several projects for ESA/ESTEC. West has recently also become involved in the Galileo programme and in particular in the SAR (Search And Rescue) activities within this programme. West recently started a new project in this context and we are looking for a new colleague to work on this project.

In addition to the general requirements that our employees must fulfil, this position also requires:

• a basic knowledge of Java and associated technologies (knowledge of web services is an advantage);
• the ability to work in an environment with multiple project partners;
• an affinity with the space aviation sector; and
• a satisfactory command of the English language.
